Physical Cycling

Cycling is Physical

Cycling is a physical activity. Just ask anyone who has had “their lunch eaten” on a particularly challenging hill or in a ferocious sprint to the finish. It requires skill, and sometimes “meet and greets” with the road, though hopefully not at the 65 mph descent speeds of an Elite cyclist.

Physical Cycling adds understanding to experience

Physical cycling is about adding physical understanding to riding experiences. Because cycling is physical, the obvious framework for developing this type of understanding is the science of the physical, Physics.

But before you say I do not understand Physics or its Math, remember that Elite cyclists who are nearly all not Physicists, understand these insights. And why do you spend hundreds of dollars on new cycling devices when what they are telling you use these same physical concepts?
